Inside Sales Coordinator
to join our commercial team and act as a key point of contact for customers, outside sales, and internal stakeholders. If you have experience in shipping or forwarding and enjoy combining customer interaction with commercial support, this could be a great next step.
What You’ll Do
Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
Prepare and issue written rate quotations, including tenders and conditions
Follow up on quotes in line with established guidelines
Build strong customer relationships and understand client needs
Generate and pass on qualified sales leads to the outside sales team
Coordinate with Customer Service, Finance, and Trade Management
Ensure accurate data entry and CRM updates
Maintain target lists and support portfolio analysis for outside sales
Conduct outbound calls in line with guidelines to identify new opportunities
What You Bring
Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
CRM experience is an advantage
Customer-focused, proactive, and a strong team player
Able to prioritise and perform well in a fast‑paced environment
Good geographical and trade knowledge
