A Day in the Life of a Sales Negotiator
Liaising with prospective sellers and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with sellers and buyers
Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
Focusing on generating new and repeat business
Canvassing the local area
Door knocking and leaflet dropping
Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills of a Sales Negotiator
Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Good telephone manners
Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Office packages)

The Finer Details We are currently conducting interviews using video software. To be eligible to progress in our recruitment process you must provide:
Full UK Driving Licence
Access to a vehicle less than 10 years old and proof of business insurance
Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
Evidence of your right to work (passport or birth certificate)
Proof of address, National Insurance number, drivers licence check
