Role Summary We are seeking a talented
Graphic Designer / Video Editor
to create visually compelling content across print, digital, and video platforms. This role combines creativity with technical expertise to deliver impactful designs that support our conferences, events, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce a wide range of materials: brochures, adverts, social media graphics, banners, signage, flyers, presentation slides, website assets, and branding materials.
Develop creative concepts for both digital and print, including branding and logo design.
Edit and produce promotional videos, ads, and event multimedia content.
Create illustrations, diagrams, charts, infographics, and motion graphics.
Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
Manage an organised design calendar and maintain high-quality standards.
Source and edit images, ensuring licensing and copyright compliance.
Provide creative and technical advice on branding, formatting, and graphics.
Liaise with print vendors and ensure accurate production of materials.
Fulfil advertiser requests within supplied guidelines and templates.
Education & Experience
Proven experience in graphic and multimedia design with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
Skilled in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and colour theory.
Knowledge of print production processes and preparing large-scale print‑ready files.
Experience in video editing and motion graphics for promotional content.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
Willingness to work outside standard hours when required for pre‑event deadlines.
Strong creative vision with an eye for aesthetics and consistency.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to interpret briefs and deliver projects from concept to completion.
