Accountabilities
SEO Ownership:
Lead all UK SEO activity, driving organic growth through smart on‑page, off‑page, and technical optimisation while tracking performance and aligning with content teams.
Digital Marketing Oversight:
Manage agency‑led Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns, ensuring they hit UK targets and deliver strong results.
Local Marketing:
Deliver UK‑specific offline initiatives—events, PR, partnerships, and printed materials—ensuring they drive commercial value.
Performance & Analytics:
Monitor results, provide actionable insights, improve ROI, and support sales with marketing intelligence.
Reporting line Reporting to the Managing Director.
Candidate profile
Proactive digital marketer with sharp commercial instincts and an entrepreneurial edge.
Deep understanding of B2B e‑commerce and broad channel experience, capable of shaping strategy and rolling up sleeves for hands‑on execution.
Analytical, confident in driving traffic and boosting conversions, and skilled at planning and delivering work independently.
