We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to join the leadership team at Arcade London, shaping and growing one of the city’s most exciting and dynamic food and drink destinations. With multiple global kitchens, vibrant bars, and a high‑energy atmosphere across our venues, you will lead the charge in private and semi‑private event sales, driving revenue and building strong client relationships in a fast‑paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities
Convert incoming event enquiries into sales opportunities. Build new business opportunities and manage key partnerships across Arcade’s London sites. Deliver seamless event experiences, driving revenue growth. Represent the Arcade brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Qualifications
Proven experience in event or sales management within high‑volume restaurant businesses. Thrives in a target‑driven, relationship‑focused environment. Confident managing the full sales cycle. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and venues simultaneously. Commercially minded, analytical, and proactive in identifying new revenue opportunities. Enjoys working collaboratively with operations and wider teams. Passionate about creating memorable event experiences and representing a bold, creative hospitality brand.
