What You’ll Do
Interpret customer construction drawings to design and develop GRP products.
Create high-quality, on-time drawings and technical documentation.
Apply GRP properties and manufacturing principles in every design.
Support production, sales, and customer service teams with technical expertise.
Liaise confidently with clients, management, and directors to ensure projects meet expectations.
Manage design data, maintain documentation, and occasionally visit sites to see your designs in action.
What You’ll Bring
Proficiency in 3D CAD modelling (Autodesk Inventor and Vault experience ideal).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Experience in a design or technical engineering role within manufacturing or construction.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Confident communicator who can manage both internal and external relationships.
Desirable Experience
GRP manufacturing knowledge.
Familiarity with modern construction techniques.
Strong understanding of materials and production processes.
