In Phase International Ltd, an automotive tech company, is seeking a senior, ambitious, and driven individual to lead their digital ecommerce trading platforms. This includes Amazon SC, Amazon VC, and eBay, aiming to bring in serious and rapid growth across all ecommerce platforms and sites. The Head of Ecommerce Trading will be a full-time position. The role involves ownership of the SEO performance of our platforms, working to deliver on a clear and agreed strategy/roadmap. Responsibilities include proactively keeping up to date with the latest SEO trends; internal and external speaking opportunities are encouraged. Collaborating and sharing initiatives, best practices, and results with the wider team. Building successful relationships within a broader client team, such as marketing, in-house developers, content writers, and social media team. Performing technical audits, keyword research, content recommendations, reporting, and forecasting. Maintaining a keen eye for organic search optimization to achieve quick wins. Key Skills/Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an SEO Manager. Intermediate understanding of digital marketing software such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, Search Metrics, SEMrush, MOZ, and Search Console. At least 3 years’ experience in on-site and off-site optimization efforts. Experience leading project teams, working independently, and with external teams. Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain delivery momentum. Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills. A desire to work hard and make a difference in a rapidly growing, exciting business. Ability to analyze data with attention to detail to identify opportunities.
