Assistant Manager – Data Analytics Interpath is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Assistant Manager to join our growing Data Analytics team within the Data & Technology consulting group. The role will deliver comprehensive analytics solutions that drive insights and decision‑making for clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Develop analytical methodologies and frameworks for client engagements.
Design and implement dashboards and reporting solutions, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate data collection.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare presentations and reports for clients, effectively communicating results and strategic recommendations.
Mentor and support junior analysts within the team.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a consulting or advisory context.
University degree 2.1 or higher (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with statistical analysis methodologies and data visualization techniques.
Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Passion for data analytics and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Advantageous Competencies (Not Essential)
Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices.
Experience in client‑facing roles and delivering presentations.
