Key Responsibilities
Formulate and define scope and objectives for the product deliverables with thorough understanding of business processes in a specific business domain.
Serve as Blockchain, DLT solutions expert to build digital asset servicing capabilities in partnership with business teams and technology, including designing and delivering pilots.
Design and build future state business architecture to support new and existing Blockchain, DLT use cases.
Evaluate different Blockchain protocols/platforms to explore solution alternatives, serving as a trusted advisor to deliver blockchain based solutions.
Provide guidance on blockchain, DLT capabilities and determine the best path forward factoring in feasibility, maturity of solutions, cost, and time to market.
Work with stakeholders and SMEs to analyse, define, and prioritize business requirements, functional specifications across Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
Qualifications
Relevant experience working in payments, fintech, and/or financial services.
Deep technical understanding of leading blockchain protocols, strengths and gaps.
Experience in product design and development with strong technical aptitude in developing new products.
Execution focused, with experience working with multi‑disciplinary teams comprising product managers, designers, and engineers.
Strong communication skills, with ability to gather requirements across cross‑functional partners.
