Requirements
We are looking for an individual who has: Degree in accounting or any other related area. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Excellent mentoring, coaching and good people management skills. Excellent time management skills to maximise their ability to reach goals. Ability to identify, recruit and hire talented sales reps. Extremely responsible. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software. Job Description: Discusses business methods, products or services and targets customer group with employer or client in order to identify marketing requirements. Establishes an appropriate quantitative and qualitative market research methodology and prepares proposals outlining programmes of work and details of costs. Collates and interprets findings of market research and presents results to clients. Examines and analyses sales figures, advises on and monitors marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Produces and/or assesses reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses. Discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research with appropriate departments. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them. Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics. Briefs advertising team on client requirements, monitors the progress of advertising campaigns and liaises with client on potential modifications.
