Location:
Nottingham (ideally candidates based around Tamworth)
Salary:
£28,000 – £30,000 per annum
Hours:
10:00 – 17:00, Thursday to Monday
The Role: Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Advisor to join their team on-site in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for property sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential buyers and guide them through the home buying process
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Provide outstanding customer service from first contact to completion
Maintain strong product knowledge of homes and developments
Represent the company professionally at all times
Candidate Requirements:
Ideally based around Tamworth for easier commute
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property sales is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Driven, proactive, and results-focused
