About the Role You will be the voice of Besque across ads, landing pages, emails, scripts, and social.
Your superpower is using AI as an acceleration engine — not a crutch — to produce large volumes of compelling, emotionally resonant copy while maintaining brand consistency.
You will work directly with our founders, creative strategists, and performance team to craft messaging that speaks to women 40+, addresses their deepest motivations, and moves product.
What You’ll Do
Write
high-converting ad copy
for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
Produce
scroll-stopping static ad copy , hooks, captions, headlines, and storytelling frameworks.
Develop
landing page copy , product page messaging, and upsell flows.
Craft
email sequences , retention campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, custom internal tools) to ideate, generate, and optimise creative at scale.
Translate customer insights into messaging that speaks directly to pain points: firmness, crepey skin, ageing confidence, elegance, and self-care.
Collaborate with design + creative to build ads that turn viewers into buyers.
Continuously A/B test messaging and iterate to improve performance.
About You You are obsessed with:

You also:
Have 2–5 years experience writing high-performing marketing copy (D2C/beauty a bonus).
Understand how to write for women 40+ with empathy, depth, and nuance.
Know how to balance brand elegance with direct-response clarity.
Are comfortable producing lots of variations quickly using AI tools.
Thrive in fast-paced environments and love testing, learning, and improving.
