À propos

We're looking for a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong PPC experience and a well-rounded digital skill set to support SEO, website management (WordPress), and analytics (Google Analytics & Google Search Console). You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment where testing, learning, and adapting quickly is the norm. The role holder will sit within the Growth team, responsible for our NHS practice, GP at hand. This is an exciting opportunity to shape performance-based marketing activity, contribute to multi‑channel campaigns, and help drive digital performance across the funnel. The role will be integral in acquiring new customers across our paid and owned channels. The role holder will create campaigns and manage their implementation from start to finish, and will be creatively minded with a critical eye for brand guidelines. While based in the growth team, this role requires excellent networking skills with other departments to engage the wider organisation in developing plans and content for blogs and social media posts. This is a permanent role, working 5 days in the office (Mon‑Fri, 9am to 6pm). We are based in Drummond Street, Euston.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Plan, manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, social where relevant) to drive performance and ROI.
Support ongoing SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content recommendations.
Manage website content and updates in WordPress – ensuring strong UX, technical hygiene and SEO performance.
Monitor, report and analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other relevant tools.
Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance and website conversion rates.
Help develop reporting dashboards and performance insights to inform decision making.
Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations across digital marketing.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with strong hands‑on experience in Google Ads.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WordPress.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and tactics.
Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data to generate insights and action.
Experience with A/B testing tools and CRO methodologies.
Can adapt to changing circumstances and be open to new ideas and approaches.
Take initiative to identify and address challenges and opportunities without always needing explicit direction.
Work effectively in teams, respect diverse perspectives, and contribute positively to group dynamics.
Provide ongoing and ad‑hoc support across a range of marketing projects, including external social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, event management, etc.
Desirable
Experience in e‑commerce or high‑growth industries.
Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
Experience in testing platforms such as VWO.
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive salary
eMed flex‑leave
5% employer pension contribution for 5% employee contribution
Life Insurance 4x annual base salary
Health cash plan
Employee Assistance Program
Eye care voucher reimbursement (up to £20)
Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption pay.
