Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Paid Search Manager to develop tactical campaign plans that align with overall marketing objectives.
Translate strategic insights and performance data into detailed, actionable campaign blueprints.
Oversee the setup, maintenance, and continuous optimisation of paid search campaigns across core platforms (e.g., Google Search Ads via SA360) with potential expansion to additional channels.
Execute test plans and iterate on strategies to drive improvements in CPA, ROI, and overall campaign performance.
Conduct in‑depth analysis of campaign performance using advanced data tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker Studio) to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare clear, concise performance reports and strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Work in tandem with other digital channels (paid social, programmatic, organic social) to ensure an integrated approach to media planning and execution.
Liaise with creative, analytics, product, and SEO functions to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader digital marketing initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to Paid Search Executives, sharing best practices and insights to foster team development.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline campaign management and reporting.
Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring precise tracking and pacing against monthly and campaign‑specific caps.
Manage vendor relationships for day‑to‑day support and new product rollouts, ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications
2‑3+ years in a Paid Search role with demonstrable success in campaign management and optimisation.
Previous experience on the agency or client side within media, SVOD/OTT, or similar industries is preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Google Search Ads and managing bidding and automation through SA360.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation.
In‑depth understanding of conversion tracking, bid management, and attribution models.
Proven ability to translate large data sets into actionable recommendations that drive campaign performance, backing up rationales to decisions with data.
Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on maintaining account hygiene and optimising for key performance metrics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to clearly articulate insights and strategic recommendations.
Experience working cross‑functionally and the ability to mentor junior team members.
A passion for digital media trends and an interest in content areas such as reality TV.
A solid understanding of marketing subscription‑based products.
