Qualifications
6-8 years of hands?on Salesforce development and administration experience in a complex, fast?paced environment (enterprise software preferred). Salesforce?certified professional with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Enterprise, and Lightning. Experience with Salesforce CPQ and integration tools such as MuleSoft or other iPaaS platforms. Strong problem?solving skills with the ability to design and optimize business processes across multiple systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders. Proven track record of working independently and collaboratively in cross?functional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.). Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance short?term requests and long?term project deliverables. Detail?oriented and process?minded, with the ability to produce high?quality technical and business documentation.
Bonus Points
Experience working directly with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams. Passion for coaching and team development. Familiarity with tools in a modern sales/marketing stack (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo).
