Key responsibilities
Install, configure and commission BMS components and equipment, including sensors, controllers, actuators and software systems.
Carry out maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium and Distech BMS systems at client sites.
Participate in the reactive call‑out rota, with additional financial benefit for attending.
Provide specialist technical assistance and support to clients regarding their BMS systems.
Identify opportunities for improvement or remedial works to enhance the performance of the BMS.
Prepare proposals and quotations for works as required.
Skills, qualifications & experience
City & Guilds / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical; extensive knowledge of BMS/HVAC.
Experience with Trend, Tridium Controls/Niagara, Distech and Siemens.
Excellent working knowledge of the electrical industry and ability to read electrical and mechanical schematic diagrams.
Understanding of IT networks.
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Full UK driving licence.
Controls training or experience.
Experience with fault‑finding in electrical panels.
DBS and possible BPSS vetting.
Excellent written and communication skills.
