FlowMEE is building a next‑generation AI accounting platform designed for real finance operations. We focus on measurable ROI, operational accuracy, and scalable automation for finance teams, accounting firms, and mid‑market to enterprise companies.
We are looking for a
Head of Sales
to take full ownership of revenue growth and to build a scalable, high‑performing sales organisation across
the UK and Poland .
This is a senior leadership role with direct influence on company strategy, go‑to‑market execution, and international expansion.
Role objective To design, lead, and scale FlowMEE’s sales function across direct and partner channels, while managing distributed sales teams in the UK and Poland and ensuring predictable, sustainable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
Full ownership of sales performance, including pipeline management, forecasting, and achievement of MRR/ARR targets.
Leading SME deals from discovery through, negotiation, and contract execution.
Ensuring value‑based selling grounded in ROI, process improvement, and realistic product capabilities.
Team management (UK & Poland)
Building, managing, and developing sales teams across the UK and Poland.
Setting clear targets, KPIs, and operating standards for all sales activities.
Coaching and performance management of sales leaders and individual contributors.
Partner and channel sales
Building and scaling a partner ecosystem, including accounting firms, networks, integrators, and potential white‑label partners.
Defining partner commercial models, revenue‑sharing structures, and activation plans.
Driving predictable partner‑led revenue.
Designing and maintaining a scalable sales process, including CRM discipline, deal qualification standards, and handover to implementation and customer success teams.
Ensuring close cooperation with the Poland‑based delivery and onboarding teams.
Providing structured feedback to Product and executive leadership based on market insights.
Requirements
Proven experience as Head of Sales or Sales Director in B2B environments (SaaS, fintech).
Demonstrated ability to personally deliver revenue results while leading teams.
Experience managing and scaling sales teams across multiple countries or locations.
Strong background in selling complex, implementation‑driven solutions.
Fluent English with direct experience in the UK market.
Preferred
Experience selling to CFOs, finance teams, or accounting firms.
Partner or channel sales experience, including white‑label or indirect models.
Prior exposure to regulated or compliance‑driven industries.
