As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership growth, nurturing long-term member relationships, and representing BXR’s premium standards. You will: Sell club memberships and drive secondary expense Prospect and convert new business leads Host events to generate in-club leads Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets Conduct monthly pre-planning for securing member referrals Build rapport and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective and current members Maintain expert product knowledge and actively participate in club services, programs, and offerings Uphold BXR’s high standards of professionalism, discretion, and luxury customer service Qualifications & Attributes
Previous sales experience preferred, but not essential Entrepreneurial mindset and confidence working with incentive-based earnings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Energetic, personable, and engaging Strong passion for health and fitness Collaborative team player Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends What We Offer
