Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 and generous EMI share offering. Holidays: 26 days + bank holidays.
Responsibilities
Full‑stack of data analytics tasks: building data pipelines, dashboards and reports, experimentation, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product & Finance to drive strategic decision making.
Write clean, efficient, well‑documented SQL at a fast pace.
Experiment with AI tools and integrations to enhance quality and internal productivity.
Contribute to a culture of curiosity and help everyone at Lottie better understand the business.
What problems will you be solving?
Driving commercial growth through data – harness BigQuery to identify acquisition opportunities, build analyses in Hex, train teams to use Metabase.
Unlocking product intelligence – uncover how care providers interact with the platform using experiments and analytics techniques.
Enabling financial excellence and board‑level insights – work with Finance to optimize processes and support critical board reporting.
Building data products that ship fast – own full lifecycle of data products from requirements to dashboards.
Multiplying your impact with AI – use AI tools heavily to accelerate analysis and deliver more value.

Technically strong and move fast – ~4 years of data analytics experience with advanced SQL proficiency; able to write complex queries and build clean data models.

Interview Process
Initial screen with Hiring Manager (15 minutes).
First round interview led by Analytics & Strategy Director (30‑45 minutes).
Technical assessment interviews (2 rounds, 45 minutes each) with Analytics & Strategy Director and Analytics Lead.
Final interview with Will Donnelly, Lottie Co‑Founder & CEO.
Candidate Experience
Pre‑Screen & First Interview: email notification only.
Hiring Manager Interview: constructive feedback via email if not successful.
Case Study: constructive feedback via email and debrief call with Talent Lead if not successful.
Final Interview: live feedback by phone for candidates not offered the role.
