Description The ESG Data Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely ESG data collection and for the successful implementation of a Group ESG Data Platform.
Responsibilities
ESG Data Collection
Manage the accurate and timely collection of ESG data for the Group
Move from manual to step‑by‑step automation where possible
Establish and communicate ESG Data Governance policy and guidelines
ESG Data Reporting and Analytics
Support the preparation and submission of accurate and timely ESG reports in accordance with international standards, industry best practices, regulatory requirements and customers’ expectations
Develop ESG dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Develop dashboards to facilitate and automate external reporting
ESG Data Platform Project
Work with ESG, Technology, Finance and Procurement teams to identify, select and implement a comprehensive ESG data platform across the group
Act as the primary liaison between existing ERP and ESG data platform vendors and technology teams
Help define the best approach for the Group and work with Procurement to select a vendor
Manage the ESG data platform project to completion
Provide ongoing support and training to ensure effective system adoption
Qualifications
Education: Degree in a STEM field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related), Sustainability, Finance or equivalent
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science. ESG‑related or finance experience is a plus
Skills:
Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
Comfortable working with data and tech tools
Skilled in PowerBI or similar data visualization/automation platforms
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, able to interpret complex data and provide insights
Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, TCFD and/or IFRS
Good project management and organizational abilities; capacity to multitask by working on a few projects simultaneously
