Your Role and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business requirements analysis and documentation, and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities
Requirement elicitation: gather functional and non‑functional requirements from business and technical stakeholders; document and map associated processes.
Solution design: investigate situations, analyze alternatives, recommend best solutions.
Stakeholder communication: serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Project management support: define scope, objectives, deliverables; translate business needs into functional and technical specifications; contribute to business cases, process flows, and user stories; facilitate workshops, meetings and training sessions.
Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven success in business analysis, requirements elicitation and stakeholder management in complex financial services environments.
Experience leading or contributing to Financial Services and Solutions (FSS) projects; deep understanding of industry processes, regulatory considerations, and technology ecosystems.
Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and strategic solutions.
Exceptional communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with technical teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated adaptability and leadership in cross‑functional teams and dynamic project environments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business analysis and collaboration tools (Visio, JIRA, Confluence).
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Business analysis and process modelling tools: Lucidchart, Visio, JIRA.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework; experience in iterative development.
Solid grasp of SDLC and alignment of analysis with delivery phases.
Data analysis and reporting skills; ability to generate insights and actionable reports.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Certifications (Highly Desirable)
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI‑PBA)
Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA‑AAC)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
