Champion customer outcomes by evolving approach to vulnerable customers and forbearance Lead and inspire internal teams and external partners, holding accountability for productivity, quality, service delivery, and cost efficiency Design and execute a forward-thinking strategy for collections and recoveries that aligns with broader business goals and supports scalable growth Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure a cohesive and integrated collections approach Drive data-led initiatives to enhance performance across the collections and recoveries lifecycle Harness technology and innovation to improve customer experience, accessibility, and financial inclusion Ensure regulatory compliance across all collections activities, proactively managing risk and resolving any compliance concerns Streamline operations by optimising workflows and leveraging automation to reduce manual processes and boost efficiency Deliver clear, actionable reporting on key metrics, identifying trends and implementing targeted improvements Set and monitor strategic goals in partnership with senior leadership to reduce delinquency, minimise losses, and maximise recovery rates Qualifications
10+ years of collections experience within consumer lending Experience with SQL Strong stakeholder abilities Salary and benefits
