£100,000 base salary plus equity and benefits .
Responsibilities
Lead and grow a high‑performing Applications Engineering organization across three regions.
Own core SaaS capabilities – onboarding, account lifecycle, auth/SSO, granular access control, notifications, logging and multi‑tenancy.
Partner tightly with Product and Design to turn complex security data into simple, powerful workflows that customers love.
Shape engineering practices across teams, embedding quality, security and agility into how software is built and shipped.
Qualifications
Proven track record leading distributed engineering teams and developing local leads in different regions.
Experience in cybersecurity products or security data at scale, ideally threat intel / offensive security, in B2B SaaS start‑ups or high‑growth scale‑ups.
Strong technical grounding across Node.js, Typescript, React, MySQL and cloud‑native architectures (AWS, ECS/K8s, Kafka, Airflow).
Comfortable driving Agile and DevOps culture, and setting high standards for clean, testable, secure code in fast‑moving environments.
