Salary : £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)
Bonus : Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.
Hours : 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work involved.

Responsibilities
Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch; main point of contact for customers.
Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
Do appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
Requirements
Current full UK manual driving licence.
Experience in a target‑driven environment.
Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
Show ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
Excellent administration and IT skills.
