We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead our Technical & Development department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the seamless functioning of all technical systems within the organization. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize IT initiatives.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Infrastructure Management
Oversee the maintenance, security, and performance of the company's IT systems. Implement best practices for network and server infrastructure.
Project Management
Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Security and Compliance
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Vendor Management
Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Troubleshooting and Support
Provide technical support for staff and resolve escalated IT issues. Implement proactive measures to prevent system downtime.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience (X years) in IT management roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
