Strategic and tactical thinking with proven ability to exceed goals through analysis, experience, and judgement.
Exceptional communication skills – written, oral and interpersonal – with ability to interface effectively with both technical and non‑technical staff.
Strong documentation skills and ability to operate within a team environment.
Awareness of computerised systems, technologies and services (Unix/Windows Operating Systems, Common Networking Protocols, On‑premise and Cloud Infrastructure, Web Services and Applications) is nice to have.
