Your Mission We’re seeking an experienced and self‑motivated
Sales Area Manager
to manage and develop new customers within UK and Nordics, to start with. To develop new customers and business opportunities within the assigned area, while transitioning the sales approach from product‑based (Blow Molding Molds and Line Conversion) to solution and service‑oriented offers (including brand identity, strategy and packaging design). The goal is to position the company as a trusted partner for customers’ operational and strategic challenges, not just a supplier. The Sales Area Manager will be responsible for achieving budgeted sales and margins for the complete portfolio from Packaging Design to Molds and Line Conversion (All in One Solutions). This role requires high capability of business development with a proactive, consultative, and entrepreneurial approach who combines business development energy with advisory selling skills. This person will expand the customer base, deepen relationships, and drive the shift from product selling to solution and service selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers in target markets
Manage existing customers and actively promoting to the extended offering product portfolio
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to detect new opportunities and share them constantly with the company
Develop and execute area‑level sales plans aligned with company growth strategy.
Build a solid sales pipeline for both equipment and consultancy/service offer.
Achieve targeted order intake and profitability levels for the entire portfolio.
Develop and implement a focused and coherent sales strategy for short, medium, and long‑term growth.
Increase market share within the total addressable market.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction by collaborating with internal functions (precontracting, execution, product development, etc.).
Define and execute Company’s strategy for projects in the designated area.
Address and resolve all customer‑related issues, acting as the main point of contact.
Understand customer requirements to provide tailored, win‑win solutions.
Engage with other company functions to enhance customer satisfaction and support business objectives.
Monitor sales figures, analyze market trends, and report on performance.
Contribute to the achievement of Company’s Balanced Score Card and regional objectives.
Your Profile The ideal candidate holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Business , with a
Master in Business Administration
considered a strong advantage, and brings
5–6 years of proven sales experience in packaging, services, or industrial equipment.
You have demonstrated success in
team management and key account development , supported by strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen.
Good competencies in communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to drive integration, cultural alignment, and performance improvement. Customer‑oriented and committed to delivering value‑added solutions.
You are
fluent in English, with French and/or Italian as a plus . A
high level of international mobility is expected , with at least 60% travel required.
