We are seeking a detail-oriented Sous Chef who can lead our kitchen team effectively. The ideal candidate will manage hourly staff, assist in day-to-day operations, and ensure consistency in presentation and flavor.

The successful candidate will have 3 years of progressive culinary experience, preferably in a Lead Cook or Sous Chef position. They must be able to think positively, proactively handle obstacles, and maintain a cohesive team under pressure.

• Manage back-of-house staff and oversee daily operations
• Assist in production, prep, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving
• Train line cooks to create menu items following established recipes
• Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef

Competitive salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year + generous quarterly bonus program
