This role involves managing phone and email inquiries, overseeing customer bookings, and collaborating with management to optimize seating. The successful candidate will advise reservationists on booking protocols and ensure the team provides excellent customer service.

• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional manner
• Oversee reservations and monitor adherence to established booking procedures
• Provide personalized attention to VIP customers
• Maintain strong relationships with concierges and partner booking sites
• Hold the Reservations team accountable to performance standards and report service issues to management
