Experienced Line Cook, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers

Emilia, the newest Vernick restaurant opening in Fishtown this January, is seeking a full-time experienced Line Cook, Dishwashers and Prep Cooks to join our dynamic, professional kitchen team.

We are looking for cooks who are passionate about hospitality, driven to refine their craft, and eager to work in a supportive, high-energy environment where excellence is the standard.

What You'll Do:

• Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
• Work closely with our chef team to prepare mise en place and maintain an organized station
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced kitchen

What We're Looking For:

• Prior professional kitchen experience preferred, but we welcome ambitious, motivated candidates ready to learn for the dishwasher and prep cooks. And line cooks with several years of high-end experience.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence
