Food Service Specialist

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking organized and motivated culinary professionals to support the kitchen team in a fast-paced brewhouse environment.

• Assist the team to ensure efficiency and consistency of prepared menu items on the line.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in food preparation.
• Cook menu items to order, using proper cooking techniques.
• Prepare ingredients for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meats, and prepping sauces.
• Contribute to nightly cleaning duties, such as sweeping floors, mopping floors, and washing surfaces.

This role requires a positive and professional approach with coworkers, customers, and vendors, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
