Key Responsibilities
Coordinate activities across internal business stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers
Oversee integrations between new solutions and internal systems.
Ensure projects are delivered on time
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for new or enhanced cloud solutions
Translate business requirements into vendor‑facing specifications or configuration instructions
Support data migration, configuration, and integration activities
Develop business process documentation and support end‑user training
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience working in Financial Services, as a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager.
Private Equity / Private Markets experience highly desirable.
Strong background in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder engagement (specifically with vendors and 3rd party)
Experience with enterprise cloud systems – Anaplan, DealCloud etc.
Experience coordinating multiple 3rd parties and internal stakeholders
Interest in exploring how AI can enhance the business. (No previous AI experience required)
Qualifications
Project management certifications (PRINCE2, Agile PM, PMP) or BA qualifications (BCS, IIBA)
