Bar Manager

The Bar Manager will, among other responsibilities, lead the bar team with a strong knowledge of the classics and a passion for innovation in developing menus, coaching staff, managing inventory, participating in relevant meetings and returning timely departmental updates including financial reports. Equally importantly, the Bar Manager will contribute to setting and communicating standards and practices for the business to ensure a high-performing and happy team. The Bar Manager works closely with colleagues on the FOH and BOH Management Teams, with input from senior leadership, to drive service each day and inspire team members to work together and hold one another accountable to the standards set. The Bar Manager inspires, educates, and supports colleagues to create the best dining experience for all guests and the best work environment and experience for all staff. The Bar Manager demonstrates a firm grasp on what is happening in all parts of the business during service in order to maximize the space while supporting the dining and kitchen teams so that they may fulfill their roles with excellence.
