We are seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning and recipe development, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and ensuring quality standards are met.

You will also be responsible for managing inventory control, minimizing waste, and optimizing supply usage. Additionally, you will supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within the food industry. You will require strong knowledge of culinary techniques and acceptable dining standards, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

A four-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with Servesafe Certification within 90 days of hire. At least four years of related experience and training are required, and you must be free from illegal use of drugs and freedom from use and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
