We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our front-of-house operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with expertise in luxury dining and hospitality.

This position will be responsible for driving high-end service standards, overseeing staffing, managing budgets, supporting talent acquisition and development, as well as ensuring seamless execution of all food and beverage experiences across multiple outlets.

• Lead daily operations of F&B outlets and banquet functions with strong presence on the floor.


• Elevate guest interactions by ensuring consistent alignment with Forbes Travel Guide standards.


• Maintain partnerships with Directors of F&B to drive forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and labor management efforts.


• Create schedules that ensure adequate staffing levels for all outlets and events while providing flexibility within established guidelines.
