Your role at xpate As a Senior Sales Manager you will connect with promising merchants, drive sales of cross‑border payment solutions, and help businesses thrive globally. You will be a trusted advisor, product expert, and strategic partner transforming merchant relationships into long‑term success stories.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute an industry‑specific pipeline strategy across targeted verticals.
Drive revenue achievement through systematic outbound sales campaigns and initiatives.
Lead strategic account planning for high‑value merchant opportunities.
Optimize sales cycle management, maintaining rigorous pipeline hygiene and meeting KPIs.
Execute data‑driven sales approaches using CRM and analytics.
Drive market intelligence and competitive positioning within assigned verticals.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience in fintech, preferably with acquiring or across verticals such as crypto, gambling, or travel.
Proven ability to close complex deals and drive net new business.
Strong negotiation skills and commercial instincts.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
Passion for technology and continuous learning.
Ability to thrive in complexity, bring clarity to ambiguous situations, and adapt quickly.
