At FDJ United, we're building the sportsbook of tomorrow. Harnessing insights from our rich data assets is central to delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience and unlocking operational efficiencies through automation.
Our Product Experience Analytics function is in its early stages, and we are looking for a Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist to help us execute our strategy.
This role blends analytics technical expertise with a deep understanding of sportsbook experience. You'll work closely with product stakeholders to collate their reporting requirements, translate them into tagging strategies, and significantly contribute to uplifting our digital data quality.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners to translate requirements into robust, scalable tagging solutions that adhere to our data model and support downstream analytics needs.
Define requirements for our data collection infrastructure, working with Developers and Frontend Engineers to ensure high‑quality tracking implementation across our platforms.
Assist with Quality Assurance testing, using tools such as Snowplow Inspector, and other debugging tools to validate tagging and ensure events fire correctly and consistently.
Drive adoption of analytics and reporting by ensuring tracking and measurement are integrated into the definition of done for product features.
Support the evolution of our analytics stack and contribute to the development of our self‑service data platform, ensuring high data quality and usability for business stakeholders.
Operate as part of a globally distributed team, working with stakeholders across the EU and Australia, and managing your time with autonomy and flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong domain knowledge in B2C sports betting, with an understanding of the nuances of sportsbook user experience, betting mechanics, and industry‑specific data flows.
Deep expertise in digital data collection and modelling, including the ability to design and evaluate tracking strategies to capture and process granular user interactions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Solid understanding of digital ecosystems: web and mobile applications, customer journeys, APIs, platform integrations, and cloud‑enabled capabilities.
Familiarity with analytics suites (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics). While not essential, this experience will inform your ability to shape the development of our in‑house analytics suite, with your insights feeding directly into self‑service platform requirements.
