You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your ideas will be valued and your technical input will directly influence business outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing
Designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications Building and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and integrations Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical designs Driving best practices in Salesforce development, code quality, and release management Supporting ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation Contributing to the roadmap for future Salesforce capabilities and platform improvements What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud) Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs Ability to design scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with platform best practices Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Desirable:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder) Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar) Knowledge of modern DevOps practices Experience working in an Agile environment What’s on Offer
