Join our fast-paced logistics team as a Shipping Clerk in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing outgoing shipments, verifying order details, and preparing documentation for transport. Your attention to detail is critical to ensuring that all orders are correctly packaged, labeled, and dispatched. This position involves working closely with carriers and other warehouse personnel to maintain the efficient flow of goods. We prioritize workplace Safety, and all team members are expected to follow established guidelines and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While primarily a clerical role, some physical activity may be required, including occasional Lifting of packages. Responsibilities:
- Process outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Verify shipping addresses and order details.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate shipping records.
- Assist with organizing and staging outgoing orders.
- Adhere to all Safety policies and use required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping or a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics and shipping procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to perform occasional light Lifting.
