This is a role to join a growing and collaborative team, supporting the FEED design and detailed design for the civil aspects of Energy projects. You would be joining a growing and collaborative team, working in partnership with a variety of clients to develop innovative and sustainable solutions to industry-wide efficiency and environmental challenges. You will work closely with other multi-disciplinary teams supporting the FEED design and detailed design for the civil aspects of Energy projects. Day to day you will provide technical solutions, develop detailed designs, and support Project Managers and Team Leaders. Responsibilities
Support FEED design and detailed design for the civil aspects of energy projects; provide technical solutions and develop detailed designs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support Project Managers and Team Leaders. Work on projects across a wide range of energy sectors, including Energy from Waste, Solar, Interconnectors, Windfarms, Substations, OHL, energy building design, protection systems, and connection schemes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) from an accredited institution. On the route to professional registration as a Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council; ICE is preferred. Knowledge and understanding of the Energy Sector; engagement with the engineering community and awareness of innovative solutions and industry best practices. Knowledge of National Grid’s Transmission procedures is desirable; any experience across the Energy Sector is highly regarded. Why Join Us?
