Lead Digital Marketing Transformation Manager The Lead Digital Marketing Transformation Manager will lead and manage a dynamic marketing team with a strong focus on digital transformation, customer segmentation, CRM strategy, and the optimisation of brand/vendor relationships. This role demands a strategic, innovative leader capable of managing multi‑channel marketing initiatives and fostering collaboration to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key deliverables of the role:
Establish CMS as a profitable marketing agency.
Increase vendor partnerships through effective digital engagement strategies.
Assemble a motivated and digitally skilled marketing team.
Achieve measurable improvements in CRM, digital footprint, and marketing funding, with clear metrics reported quarterly.
Regular travel to CMS locations in the UK, Ireland, and Europe may be required.
Role Responsibilities Corporate Marketing
Develop and oversee corporate marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s overall brand presence.
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration to ensure consistent corporate messaging and brand identity.
Measure effectiveness through quarterly brand perception surveys and achieve improvement annually.
Own Brand Management
Champion and develop the company’s own brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Drive the growth of own brand awareness and customer loyalty through targeted campaigns and strategic partnerships.
Leadership, People Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture.
Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Implement talent management strategies to reduce staff turnover year‑on‑year.
Digital Transformation
Drive the adoption of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Implement data‑driven marketing technologies to improve campaign performance.
Vendor and Brand Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, brand partners, and stakeholders.
Secure co‑marketing funds through strategic vendor engagements.
Negotiate contracts to achieve improvements in funding efficiency.
Funding Management
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to maximise ROI.
Increase funding utilisation through strategic planning.
Oversee customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalised marketing experiences.
Lead CRM strategy development to improve customer engagement metrics.
Scope and deliver CRM and Customer Segmentation projects, increasing targeted engagement.
Additional Responsibilities In‑House Creative Agency Management
Lead the in‑house creative agency to develop and deliver high‑quality, innovative marketing campaigns.
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards and achieve a 100% consistency rate.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
Develop KPIs to track campaign success and team performance.
Ensure that marketing campaigns meet or exceed their defined performance metrics.
Analyse and report on key marketing metrics monthly.
PR Management & Copywriting
Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company’s public image and media presence.
Increase positive media coverage each quarter.
Oversee copywriting efforts to ensure all content maintains brand coherence and clarity.
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
Incorporate industry best practices and achieve campaign efficiency.

Skills & Personal Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 5 years of senior marketing experience in the technology sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation.
Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and optimise funding utilisation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
High emotional intelligence and problem‑solving ability.
Experience managing multi‑channel marketing initiatives and working with agencies.
