What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the face of IT support, delivering high-quality technical service to a user base of around 350 people – including front‑office traders and senior stakeholders.
Provide 1st & 2nd line support across Windows 10 / 11, Office 365, and VDI environments.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues – digging deep to find root causes, not just escalating.
Manage patching, updates, and software deployments using SCCM and other enterprise tools.
Support collaboration platforms like MS Teams, Exchange, and Citrix.
Investigate and resolve security vulnerabilities to keep systems safe and compliant.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in desktop or IT support; ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong technical skills across Windows 11, Office 365, VDI, Active Directory, and Citrix.
Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and basic networking principles.
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
Excellent communication skills – confident dealing directly with key business users.
