Design and iterate with our customers on workflows used every day. Make interfaces that are useful, intuitive, and a joy for new and experienced users, supporting complex workflows without friction. Build durable front‑end infrastructure our customers can rely on. Create experiences that stay fast, reliable, and maintainable as the product grows. Take full ownership of your work. Drive clarity, quality, and long‑term impact in every feature you build and adapt as Ankar’s mission evolves. Who We Are Looking For
You’re a product‑minded, critical builder. You care deeply about what you build, think from first principles, and have a track record of turning ideas into software. You’re high agency. You take initiative, own your work end to end, and approach problems thoughtfully. You thrive in fast‑paced environments. You’re energized by rapid iteration and real feedback from customers. Any level of experience welcome, as long as you have a passion for software engineering and AI — demonstrated through your work experience, personal projects, or open‑source contributions. What Else You Might Want To Know
Stack: Java, Python, Elastic, Postgres, React, TypeScript. Location: Hoxton Square, London (office first policy with flexibility). Contract: Full‑time.
