We are seeking a driven, proactive, and high‑performing Sales Consultant to support our fast‑growing business and help drive our FSG solutions into NHS and wider healthcare organisations in the UK.
About OneAdvanced For more than 35 years, OneAdvanced has been a trusted technology partner to the NHS, with over 150 NHS organisations using our Finance, Spend and Governance (FSG) solutions. Our software modernises finance, procurement, and governance operations, ensuring transparency and efficiency across the enterprise.
The Opportunity As a Senior Sales Consultant you will own and execute the full sales cycle across NHS and healthcare organisations. You will work closely with Account Managers, Product, Pre‑Sales, and Marketing teams to drive awareness, shape transformation agendas, and close multi‑stakeholder opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to close.
Lead discovery engagements with CFOs, Finance Directors, IT, Procurement, and Transformation leads.
Position OneAdvanced as a trusted advisor supporting NHS financial and ERP transformation.
Leverage our 35‑year NHS heritage to build credibility across Trusts, Boards, and Integrated Care Systems.
Collaborate with Solutions and Enterprise Architects to design compliant, integrated solutions.
Provide sector insight and market intelligence to shape go‑to‑market strategy and product roadmap.
Maintain high standards of pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and collaborative deal governance.
Build and strengthen our partner network to expand capability within the sector.
Contribute to thought leadership and sector engagement activities.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, ERP, Finance or Spend Management within NHS or healthcare.
Proven track record leading transformation‑led sales cycles within NHS Trusts or other public‑sector healthcare organisations.
Strong understanding of NHS structures, frameworks, and technology ecosystem.
Ability to engage credibly with senior finance, IT and transformation stakeholders.
Experience working with major vendors or consultancies that serve the NHS sector.
Strong understanding of purchasing consortiums, government technology contracting and frameworks.
Established network across NHS/Health finance and IT leaders.
Collaborative, strategic, and adept at managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
