Location: London Duration: Permanent Reference: WR2222 My client is a prestigious, global executive search firm based in Central London. They require an Associate to work closely with an experienced Consultant and exceptional Partner in their Industrials Practice. This role operates in a candidate-centric, retained assignment environment and is key to the delivery of all assignments. Responsibilities
Attend client briefings and map target companies within the Industrials sector. Develop understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate. Identify appropriate candidates, conduct approach calls, and network with industry sources. Support the delivery of assignments across Energy, Mining, Chemicals, Automotive, Industrial Technology and Aerospace domains. Qualifications and Attributes
Up to 5 years of experience as a researcher or in a related role. Excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills. Ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels; self-confident and able to take ownership of responsibilities. Motivated, self-starter with a desire to learn and be trained toward a Principal role; aim to specialise in Global Industrials roles at Managing Director level and above. What They Offer
