Headhunting Business Talent Across the UK An established and growing insurance provider is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Ruislip. What you’ll be doing:
Speaking with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Spotting opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and maximise value for both the customer and the business
Building rapport and strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and retention
Working towards achievable sales and service targets as part of a high-performing team
Providing a friendly, professional, and customer-centred experience at all times
Who we’re looking for:
Some experience in customer service, retail, telesales, or any customer-facing role
A confident communicator with a positive, enthusiastic approach
Ambitious and eager to grow within a sales environment
Reliable, proactive, and motivated to achieve targets and learn on the job
Someone who thrives in a supportive team and is keen to build a long-term career
What’s in it for you:
Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
Ruislip - Office based
Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours
Full training provided – no previous insurance experience required
