Role Overview
As a BMS Sales Engineer, you’ll be a core contributor to the sales targets, demonstrating your technical expertise to provide solutions for customers, and driving market penetration. Navigating through project pursuits to after‑sales support, you’ll bring a strategic approach and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Drive the sales process from identification to negotiation, to closing large sales opportunities Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions Deliver presentations to key decision‑makers about the value, scope, and standard of our BMS solutions Create quotes and proposals for BMS service contracts, system upgrades, and new project installations Support the after‑sales process ensuring smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction Develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through networking and leveraging existing client relationships Keep abreast of the industry’s latest trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge The Ideal Candidate
Proven sales experience (3+ years) within the BEMS sector Skilled in commercial negotiations and client presentations Strong understanding of BMS systems and solutions Tech‑savvy with exemplary verbal and written communication skills Motivated team player with a strong desire to succeed and build profitable relationships Full UK driving license What’s on Offer
