We’re working with a global fintech organisation that provides cutting‑edge software and managed services to the financial services industry. They partner with leading banks, asset managers, insurers, and payment providers worldwide — helping them digitise operations, drive efficiency, and stay ahead in an evolving market.
With a strong presence across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, this is an established, high‑performing business that continues to innovate using AI and automation across its product suite.
They’re now looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join their London team — someone who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and driving revenue growth across the UK and Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand existing client relationships through cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.
Lead consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders, including C‑level decision‑makers.
Conduct detailed market research and prospecting to identify high‑value opportunities.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations with support from the presales team.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation through to negotiation and close.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records (Salesforce experience preferred).
Represent the business at key industry events and conferences.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding B2B sales targets.
Experience selling complex technology, SaaS, or fintech solutions into financial institutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A consultative approach and the ability to build long‑term client partnerships.
Highly motivated, commercially minded, and driven to succeed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
