Salary: £110,000‑£140,000 + stocks + benefits.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical development and deployment of advanced Machine Learning models to understand customer support needs.
Route customers to the most suitable COp (support staff) and optimise routing decisions at scale.
Automate the resolution of support requests through autonomous agents.
Aid support teams with decision‑making, pattern detection and data‑driven insights.
Continuously experiment, evaluate, and communicate the effectiveness of solutions to meet business and customer needs.
Qualifications
Track record of leading technical teams in deploying ML models with measurable business impact, preferably in fast‑moving tech companies.
Experience shipping deep learning, graph‑based, or sequence‑based architectures to production.
Strong practical skills in Python and SQL; familiarity with Go is a plus.
Self‑starter mindset with the ability to identify and tackle high‑impact problems without direction.
Good communication skills and ability to explain ML concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to thrive on ambiguity, mentor peers, and raise the technical bar of the team.
Passion for improving customer support experiences and global routing optimisation.
Enjoy learning new technologies and staying abreast of ML developments.
Nice to Have
Experience working with operations, financial crime, or regulated institutions.
Commercial experience writing critical production code for microservices.

Interview Process Our process includes a 30‑minute recruiter call, a 45‑minute hiring manager call, and three 1‑hour video calls with team members. We aim to complete the process in 3‑4 weeks and will adjust to your availability.
