Your Role and Responsibilities We’re looking for a Managing Application Developer to lead our cloud development initiatives. You will guide the design, development, and maintenance of our cloud‑based applications while mentoring junior and mid‑level developers. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, focusing on designing, coding, testing, and deploying cloud‑native applications using modern full‑stack technologies.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure cloud applications using full‑stack technologies.
Guide and mentor junior and mid‑level developers, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and efficiency.
Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, applying expertise in full‑stack cloud development.
Drive continuous improvement in development practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Shape the technical direction of our cloud applications and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
Lead smaller projects from design through deployment, showcasing strong technical and project management skills.
Preferred Education Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Mastery in full‑stack development (front‑end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; back‑end: Node.js, Python, Ruby).
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and services.
Proven leadership qualities with a track record of managing teams and delivering projects.
Exceptional problem‑solving capabilities and a history of effectively addressing complex engineering issues.
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members, stakeholders, and upper management.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices.
Familiarity with event‑driven design patterns.
Understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with cloud security best practices.
